Silks

Silks 1: Beginngers

In this class you will learn how to use the fabric and body to approach various poses. You will learn basic conditioning exercises, climbs, foot locks and close to the ground poses in this introductory level class. No experience necessary.

Silks 2: Intermediate

In this class you will continue building stamina, strength, and stability. You will begin combinations and more performing complex poses. Starting with review of basic skills, this class will progress into various positions, inversions, and sequences.

 
 
 

Silks 3: Advanced

In this class, you will create combinations from skills you have already learned. You will learn new drops and belays.

Silks 4: Expert

Our most advanced students learn together. You will to continue to refine your skills and learn new combinations in this upper level course.
