Intro to Zeal

In this introductory class, you will learn the basic mounts  and dismounts of the hoop as well as the basic climbs on silks. You will also learn moves that keep you close to the ground and do not involve drops.  This class is designed for those who are interested in learning more about both apparatus and building their upper body, core, and leg strength.
