Hoop (Lyra)
Hoop 1: Beginner
Learn basic poses, techniques to enter and exit the hoop. Practice conditioning, strength and flexibility exercises. You will learn how to safely mount and dismount the hoop while having some fun.
Hoop 2: Intermediate
Build upon your strength, flexibility, and balance as you continue to improve your skills on the hoop. You will begin to learn combinations and more more advanced moves.
Prior experience or testing into this class is mandatory
